One-Day Consultation and Assessment
Includes on-site visit and lean/efficiency management assessment of your operation.
The assessment will consist of the following:
- Summary discussion of the business
- Revenue, costs, and challenges.
- Summary overview of your current process
- From procurement of raw materials to shipping finished goods
- Detailed walk-through and description of each step of your processes
- This will be discussion and walking through the motions of each process.
- Think along the lines of:
- inputs (i.e., materials, water, information),
- process (i.e., environmental controls & measurement, tools, machines, staff, etc),
- output (i.e., information, expected impact on product or the product) ”
- Videotaping and photos
- We use this for subsequent review and feedback to you.
- Document the lean/efficiency assessment and opportunities.
- Follow-up conference call or MS Teams mtg (~1 hr)
- Delivered within 7 business days of assessment.
Includes travel within 30 miles of Edmond, OK. Travel beyond 1 hour from Edmond, OK will include labor cost, hotel, auto/plane, and food. Actual costs are billed after the event.
